20 February 2008

Ultra Wide Band Antenna, 0.8 to 6GHz, model XPO2V-0.8-6.0/1441
New, ultra wide band omni antenna now available from European Antennas. Model XPO2V-0.8-6.0/1441 features vertical polarisation, a high power rating and is extremely rugged for security and military applications.
This antenna measures 6 inches (143mm) by 3 inches (79mm) diameter, weighs 325 grams has a neat flange for mounting and a standard N(F) connector.
Gain is 2dBi, VSWR 2.5:1 max, and half power beamwidth of 360° x 75°.

Body Worn Antenna, 2.28 to 2.55GHz, model DHDA-2.4V/1448

This new body worn antenna is directional and had been designed for integration into a security system for live video and telemetry feeds for the Police. Model DHDA-2.4V/1448 features vertical polarisation, a 10 Watt power rating and is rugged and waterproof. It measures 3 inches (81mm) long by 1.8 inches (46mm) in height, weighs 95 grams (3oz) and has a single SMA(M) connector.
Gain is 1dBi, VSWR 2:1, and half power beamwidth 160° (azimuth) x 78.5° (elevation).

Broadband omni antenna, 0.800 to 2.200GHz, model XPO2V-800-2200/1060 (white) and XPO2V-880-2175/1355 (tan)
Extended performance broadband omni-directional antennas have been designed for cellular bands 900MHz, 1450-1500MHz (L-band DAB), 1800MHz, 1900MHz and 2000MHz. Full specification over its range of 800MHz to 2.2GHz with useful performance outside these limits.
Gain is 1.5dBi. The azimuth pattern has total ripple better than 1.5dB at any frequency. The elevation pattern is stable with frequency and always points at the horizon.
