Same company, same technology, same people, same location, Cobham.
This change follows the announcement by Cobham plc that all their companies will adopt the refreshed image and trade under the Cobham brand. European Antennas Ltd has been part of Cobham plc since 1999. Operations are still carried out under the company name of European Antennas Ltd and all approvals and documentations remain valid.
Cobham Antenna Systems, Microwave Antennas design and manufacture high specification antennas - directional, sector,ultra wide-band and omni-directional - within the 250MHz to 40GHz frequency range. These antennas are used worldwide within commercial, defense, satellite and security communication systems.
Applications include WLAN, WiFi, WiMAX, RFID, Link16, TETRA, PMR, telemetry, surveillance, marine, outside and video broadcast and cellular. Antennas are installed in airports, railway stations, weather buoys, race cars, road and rail tunnels (such as Channel Tunnel Rail Link), police helicopters, UAVs, broadcast equipment and satellite ground stations. They can be integrated into systems or designed to fit a particular application such as race car wing mirrors.
All antennas are tested to ensure specification conformance.
Antenna design projects are undertaken.
